Stearns and Foster Knightsbridge Pillowtop Mattress.

My wife and I have had a Stearns and Foster Knightsbridge Pillowtop Mattress for about 15 years. 

And we have loved sleeping on it. 

But I think it's getting time to replace it. 

It doesn't seem horrible, but was wondering about what would be best replacement. 

Or, should we try a latex topper?

We are both around 200lbs, some side sleeping but mostly on our backs.

If you could help give some input on these I would be much appreciated.

Your mattress is older than you think.
