Wonderful Sleep on LaQuinta Inn Mattress.

Hi Pete,

My wife and I recently slept at a LaQuinta Inn in Boise, Idaho.

We had the most wonderful sleep we’ve both had in a very long time.

I’m having no success finding out who makes this mattress.  

No luck finding a “Salt Lake Mattress” that has actionable information. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Bob,

You’ll notice that the main upholstery is polyurethane.

The problem with most today's mattresses is all of the memory/visco foam used on top.

Memory foam, aka Visco, is specifically designed to cause a mattress to need frequent replacing. 

 

These law labels never say anything about what type of coils are used.

However, LaQuinta is known for using Simmons Beautyrest mattresses.

The great thing about a Beautyrest is the individually pocketed coil system.

It’s this type of coil system that has made them famous for their extraordinary comfortable support.

The coils move independently from one another, contouring to the shape of the body and maintaining the natural alignment of the body and spine.

 

Unfortunately, Simmons was sold to an investment group in 2016 and everything they make today is upholstered with memory foam.

In fact, all of the name brands that you could once trust to make a quality product have been sold and all are now upholstered with memory foam.

 

What I can offer you, that would be closest, is the Wolf Tulah Luxury Plush Eurotop Mattress…using an individually pocketed coil unit and CertiPur Certified Safe upholstery materials....mostly polyurethane foam.
