Hi Pete,
What's the difference between the two types of Suite Sleep Latex Mattress Toppers?
Keep in mind we have the queen pure bliss mattress and the pure bliss plush topper.
We want this to be as close in comfort to what we have.
The Suite Sleep Vita Talalay Latex Topper comes in soft only and their Dunlop comes in extra soft.
Are these similar in comfort? Are they made at the same place?
Why would one be extra soft and the other soft?
Is this because of how they are made? Are both the same material?
Do both either of these create heat?
Trying to make the right decision.
Thanks, Larry
Hi Larry,
In comparing the comfort of the Suite Sleep Soft Vita Talalay to the Extra Soft Dunlop Latex Mattress Toppers,
the difference is small, but noticeable.
Talalay having a more luxurious feel than Dunlop, is the best way to describe the difference.
The Talalay process has a couple extra steps during manufacturing, over the Dunlop process, which accounts for that more luxurious feeling and the difference in price.
Talalay doesn't have quite as dense a feeling as the Dunlop.
Both are comfortable, with the Talalay being a bit more so.
Neither of them sleep hot. Only memory foam does that.
