Two Sided Mattress for an Adjustable Bed Base.

The other one needs replaced with a similar one.

The good one has the following description:

 

1.  The size is twin XL,

2.  It is two-sided,

3.  It is approximately 11 inches thick,

4.  It works well on an adjustable bed base.

 

Does such a (new)mattress exist anywhere?
