Could you give me guidance as to which one to purchase?

I have a Tempurpedic now. My shoulders, back and hips hurt.

I like a plush feeling and sleep on my side in a Queen size.

I worry about ordering on line without seeing the mattress but you have such wonderful reviews I feel I can trust this  situation.

 

Also who does the shipping and do they remove the mattress I have now?
