Is There Anything That Will Remedy My Shoulder Pain?

I am a petite (100 lbs.), side sleeper with shoulder and neck pain. 

Specifically, at night my shoulders bother me and I have to keep switching positions. 

I bought a plush beds soft natural latex mattress a year ago but it is not as comfortable as I had hoped.

(I had bought the avocado mattress prior to this but it was much too hard and I returned it). 

I then added the plush beds wool topper, which helped a little, but still, I wake with shoulder pain. 

Is there anything else (another topper?), I can add to remedy this?
