Hello Pete,
I have a couple of questions for you.
First, I live in Juneau, Alaska.
We have had a mattress we have loved for many years, but we finally realized we need to replace it.
It’s the Sealy Champagne SpringFree, 100% latex core mattress.
Do you know which of your mattresses is the closest to that one?
We have two mattress stores here.
I’m going to see what they can do for us today, but I’d like to know what you can do as well.
I have a feeling they won’t carry a chemical free mattress, even though, I did buy our mattress here.
I feel it was a lucky fluke.
Do we need to change out our box spring or can we use the same one we have?
Do they wear out?
Can you ship to Alaska Marine Lines in Seattle?
They can ship the mattress the rest of the way to us, if that works for you?
Thank you for your help,
Irene
Hi Irene,
Natura does not ship directly to Juneau.
I can deliver to your shipper in Seattle.
Natura’s all latex mattresses are similarly made to the old Sealy SpringFree.
You wouldn’t have the polyurethane foam layer on top, as you had with the Sealy.
And, the latex in the Natura mattresses is Natural Talalay Latex, which is a blend of natural and synthetic latex.
The latex in the Sealy SpringFree is all synthetic.
Here is a link to that line of mattresses:
The Bourdolay Plush is the most popular.
After all these years, you should replace the foundation. A new mattress on an old foundation voids the warranty.
It's a lot to risk, to save so little.
Shipping is free and there’s no sales tax.
We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
Keeping the upholstery materials clean and dry will extend the life of the mattress.
Thanks, Pete
