Equivalent to an Old Sealy Posturepedic Two Sided Mattress.

He grew up on that mattress and we took good care of it. We flipped it regularly and kept it clean.

Wow! That mattress is very old. 

Sealy changed from two sided to one sided in 2003.

Ten years later, Sealy was purchased by Tempurpedic. Today, everything they make is upholstered with memory foam.

Memory foam is used, specifically, to keep a mattress from lasting too long. The one you have, has no memory foam in it.

 

There is no equivalent to what you have. But, you can come close to it.

Hi Nelson,
Your statement is a bit off.
Non-flip are not the same as double sided mattresses, which can be flipped.
All of the Name Brands are trash, due to them switching to using memory foam.
One sided, non-flip mattresses that don’t have memory foam wear quite well.
My wife and I have one that’s 10 years old and still like new. And, that’s with each of us weighing more than 200 lbs.
Conversely, Simmons and Serta, which are now one company after having been sold to an investment group, are now once again making a two-sided flippable mattress. Those are upholstered with memory foam, which is what makes them junk mattresses.
