Wow! That mattress is very old.
Sealy changed from two sided to one sided in 2003.
Ten years later, Sealy was purchased by Tempurpedic. Today, everything they make is upholstered with memory foam.
Memory foam is used, specifically, to keep a mattress from lasting too long. The one you have, has no memory foam in it.
There is no equivalent to what you have. But, you can come close to it.
