Hi Steve,
It's the poly foam on top that has taken the body impressions. The latex inside is still good.
Instead of buying a new mattress, I'd suggest flipping the mattress over.
Add to that a 3" soft Talalay Latex mattress topper.
Doing so will provide good support from the latex core, which will now be on top.
The latex topper will provide the comfort you had been used to...without compressing like the poly foam did.
