A Mattress to Relieve Back Pain due to Herniated Discs.

I'm an older fellow and weigh about 200 lbs. I have lots of disc problems, including herniated discs.

My wife and I have been through a few different mattresses in recent years, with no relief for my back pain.

I need better support and longevity. And after having read some of your information, online, you seem to be the person to ask for a recommendation.

I also have chronic neck pain, and could use a recommendation for a pillow.

Hi Andy,

Herniated and bulging discs, along with degenerative disc disease, is something I’ve had for more than 16 years.

What I’ve learned is that the pushback support of an innerspring mattress, that holds those worn disc up and in place...and keeping your spine in its natural alignment are the keys to living without pain. 

Specifically, sleeping and waking without pain. 

The day’s activities can cause pain, but it’s pain that goes away with the right mattress.

Also, you should have a waterproof mattress protector.
