Hi Eric,

All you need do, is tilt the bed.

You can do that with any adjustable bed frame. Ours has a "Tilt Feature" which allows the mattress to remain flat.

But, before you spend a ton of money on one, you can test to see how well that works, for only a few dollars.

Best Buy has "Bed Risers" that you can use to prop up the head of your bed, which will provide the "TILT" you need.
