What are your thoughts on Sleep on Latex pure green latex mattress?
My husband and I are side sleeper and I do get hot easy at night.
Any other suggestions mattress?

Only memory foam adds heat.
Neither latex nor poly foam makes you hot.
That said, if your body chemistry is such that you sleep hot naturally, none of the upholstery materials will change that.
There is a product that you can buy on line that will actually regulate the temperature of the mattress.
It’s called “Chili Pad”.
It’s expensive, but it works well.
We used one when we lived in the desert.
As far as recommending a latex mattress goes, you need to know where the latex is made.
Many of the on-line latex companies use latex made in China.
Latex made in China use clay as a filler...lowering the price and reducing the life.

ALSO IMPORTANT:
I suggest using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
