Not even the Simmons Beautyrest Black will hold up well under people of your sizes.
Our recommendation for a Simmons Beautyrest Black would also include a latex topper as a must. But even then, for people between 200 and 250 lbs.
There are much better ways to spend your money, as what you're considering is a waste.
The steel used in the making of all Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, is raw non-tempered steel.
The upholstery is, primarily, memory foam.
Neither of these produces are conducive to long lasting support and comfort under people of your weights....not even with a latex topper to offset these lower quality components.
For the sake of durability, I recommend the Natura of Canada Greenspring Liberty Firm.
