My scoliosis situation is a little different in the sense that most people with scoliosis only have one curve, as to where I had 3.

Your situation is a bit complex. As such, it's incredibly important that you don't aggravate one condition while addressing another.
Your husband needs to be tilted, but your spinal condition requires you to remain flat.
So, lets start there.
