You can't go wrong with either of those mattresses. My wife and I have home tested a Simmons Beautyrest Black model with a latex topper.

To accommodate the curves of a female body, we recommend the Desiree in Luxury Firm over the Calsita Extra Firm. 

Adding an EverEden or Pure Bliss 2" soft latex topper to that will add comfort and pressure point relief to the firm support provided by the mattress.

Together, they provide everything the body needs to sleep well...and will continue to do so over a period of many years.
