A Soft Latex Topper for a S&F Mattress that is Too Firm.

Hi Pete,  

My husband and I bought a S&F Luxury Firm mattress 2 years ago.
The long story short, had a warranty issue and it was replaced with an ultra firm model, 2 weeks ago.  

I am finding it much firmer, not plush enough and hips ache. I am interested in a really good mattress topper for it.  

Can you point me in the right direction?  I am trying to stay away from memory foam.
