Stearns & Foster Mattress at Macy's, sagging and causing back & neck pain.

Hi Pete,

I have a mattress from Macy's. It's a 4 year old Stearns & Foster mattress that is sagging. I'm getting lower back & neck pain that I've not had before.

I have authorization to exchange, but need your help in picking out something that will keep it's shape.

The mattress is full size and I sleep alone. I am 5'4" @140 lbs.

Please recommend something that won't become the problem that this one has.
