Here are my issues: I have L4 and L5 bulging discs and an anular fissure in L4. This has caused lower back tightness and pain as well as significant hip, leg (including sciatica) and knee tightness and pain. I am 6'4" 175 lbs and in my early 30's. I was very active up until recently when my injury has all but put a stop to it. I am a side sleeper.
What kind of mattress do you recommend? Should I get a latex mattress topper? Which type of pillow? Should I continue using my leg pillow?
I was used to "comfy-er" plusher mattress, but I feel like my body is telling me I need something firm.
