An excellent alternative to buying a plush Beautyrest, is the Natura Greenspring Liberty Plush.
The Natura Greenspring models use the same coil system as the Simmons Beautyrest. They have more coils than the Simmons World Class. The coils are double tempered for extra strength...and, they are upholstered with all natural latex, instead of the memory foam used in the Beautyrest.

The Forever Foundations would incur taxes, tariffs and entry fees to cross the Canadian border. For items, like this, we recommend that you pick up the merchandise at a UPS store...at the closest US border town.
Hi Pete, The Ever-Eden Latex mattress came yesterday...last night was the first comfortable, pain free night we've had since our 2011 stay at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel in Hawaii. Zero gravity is definitely the best way to describe the latex mattress. Thanks for all your help.
Additionally, I've been telling my younger brother about my mattress research, as he's in the market for a new mattress, too. He and his wife are in their early/mid 30's and are plus sized (brother is 260lbs+ and his wife is probably 160lbs+). Neither have significant back ailments but go through mattresses like they are a pair of shoes. Would the EverEden 9" mattress be a good choice for them? Or would the 8" be okay? Or should they stick with the Beautyrest with a latex Topper? What would you recommend for them? I'm not sure if they are back, side or stomach sleepers but could find out if that really matters.
Thanks again Pete, BJ

That's the kind of news I like to hear. I'm happy for you. Life is better when you sleep well.
Thanks for taking the time to let me know.
A Beautyrest, even with a latex topper, won't hold your brother for very long.
An all latex mattress will do the best job of providing long lasting support and comfort.
If they are side sleepers, the 9" will be more comfortable. If they are back or stomach sleepers, the 8" will be a better choice.

Hello, I am a previous customer of yours that wanted some help selecting a full size and twin size mattress for my two kids. From what I've read on your website, I'm leaning towards a Simmons innerspring with maybe a latex topper, but was hoping if you can give me a recommendation or two for each of the mattresses. Full Size: this mattress is for my 5 year old daughter, who ways 50 lbs. We'd like this to be her everyday mattress for several years. Twin Size: this mattress is for my 3 year old son, who ways about 35 lbs. This will eventually be his everyday mattress, but sometimes he sleeps with us and at some point down the line, I think we would get him a full size. So the budget on this one is slightly less as we don't plan to use it as long. Can you please give me your recommended configuration for mattress and/or topper for each? Mattress brand and model, firmness recommendation, etc. I would really appreciate it, and would love to place the order this weekend.
I'm so pleased that you've returned.
Much has changed over time and we are constantly on the look out for products that are superior to what we've offered in the past.
Over the years, we frequently recommended a Simmons Beautyrest. Early on, there were models in the Simmons line that had no memory foam.
Now, there are no Simmons models that are memory foam free. Memory foam is a chemical product that off gasses the toxic chemicals fro which it's made.
And while I have not experienced the odor in a Simmons, as you would with most mattresses, it is no longer my first choice for children.
This Simmons coil system is good and it comes with white glove delivery.
If going with a Simmons, we recommend the Broadway model in luxury firm. The latex topper would be a 2" soft Talalay.
What we have to offer, which is an exceptional value for children, are two mattresses made by Wolf...a very old mid-western manufacturer that has been owned by the same family since they started in 1873. The Adrian model uses a stronger coil unit, which I like better for boys...because they tend to grow bigger and rougher than girls. For your daughter, the Adara model, which also uses a pocketed coil unit, which will contour to her body...which becomes more important when gets older and begins to develop...specifically, giving better at the hip.
Both mattresses are already upholstered with all natural latex....no need for a topper at this point. Only when the kids have grown and if they express a desire for a softer sleeping surface, would you consider a latex topper..
Here is a link to those mattresses...and a link to the video showing the delivery and set-up process.
In all cases, delivery is free and there's no sales tax.
I bought a Sealy Newport Beach Reflexion king size mattress almost 10 years ago. The mattress is sagging a bit on my side of the bed and my wife’s side of the bed.
We find the middle is very comfortable, but the sides are not. We spin it every 6 months or so but that only makes a difference for the first night or so.
I measured to see if the sag was 1.5” inches, but it is not. Are we at the end of life on this mattress? Would it help to put some plywood over the box spring to firm it up? I saw one of your blog posts where you told someone to flip it upside down to help give it new life, will that work with this mattress?
One of the reasons we bought this mattress was because of the longer life I thought latex would give us. Anything we can do to help extend it would be great.
It's the poly foam on top of the latex that is sagging, not the latex under it.
You can absolutely salvage several more years out of what you have.
Flip it over to the firm latex side and add a 2" soft Talalay latex mattress topper. It'll feel the way the Newport felt when new, without having to worry about the poly foam compressing.
This works like a charm and you've just saved yourself a ton of money on a new mattress.
Here's the link to the toppers. UPS delivery is free and there's no sales tax.
Hi Pete, Thanks for the information about the Ever-Eden all latex mattress for my brother. I asked him this morning and he says he is a side sleeper and his wife is a back sleeper. So, that makes their 8" vs 9" selection tricky! Also, would the EverEden be the best choice or would one of the more expensive mattresses from Pure Bliss or Natura be better (unlikely that they can afford one but we're curious)?
Thanks again, Bryce
The Natura & Pure Bliss are more elaborately made, but the over-all quality and durability are the same.
These more expensive models come with white glove delivery, while the Ever-Eden mattress arrives UPS...requiring a little effort on the part of the consumer.
This would be your only sacrifice in going with the Ever-Eden. The price difference makes it well worth while for anyone who normally couldn't afford an all latex mattress.
I would suggest going with the 8" model. Guys are built more in a straight line and even a male side sleeper does well with the 8".
Had it been his wife who was the side sleeper, the 9" model would have been needed to cushion her hip.
Also, the firmer 8" model can always be softened with a soft latex topper if needed.
Here are links to all 3 of our latex mattress line for him to compare.
I am looking for a 2 sided mattress that does not have memory foam in it. What do you have to offer? Also, does the Beautyrest Black have memory foam in it and are they only 1 sided? I need a bed that doesn't allow a lighter person to roll toward a heavier person because they are making a bigger dent in the bed.
We carry a number of 2 sided mattresses. None, of which, have any memory foam in them.
Hi Pete, I bought a Saatva luxury firm mattress and it is way too firm. I have arthritis in my hip and need support and am a side sleeper. Which mattress topper should I use to soften it?? Thanks, Cynthia...
