Well William, you are pretty much screwed. There is nothing of quality on that website and none of those mattresses will begin to help you with your physical ailments.

I suggest that you do what you must with them as cheaply as possible. Relegate that mattress to the guest room, or sell it.

You will need to start over with something else entirely. Let me know when you're ready to do that, and I will help you find something appropriate for your situation.

The Simmons Black are the best of the one sided innerspring mattresses on the market. I would suggest the Ansleigh in luxury firm. If you find it too firm, add a 2" layer of soft latex for comfort that endures. These two products are top quality...unlike what you've been used to. Here are the links for those items.
