Hi Guys,
Okay, I'm a little confused. I'm looking to get a 100% natural talalay mattress topper, but when I look into Latex International, even their site says they use a mix of natural latex and Polystyrene-butadiene Rubber Latex (which is derived from petrochemicals). Is a 100% natural product available? Also, your site just lists soft, medium and firm and not the ILD rating on each. Are there ILD ratings?
Hi,
Latex International has a wholesale brand called pure LatexBliss.
Here is that link.
They set the retail price, which they do not allow to be discounted. As you look at the site, you'll notice that they have natural and all-natural.
This terminology can be confusing. The "natural" is 70% natural and 30% synthetic, which is what you reiterated to me.
The "all-natural" is just that, 100% pure natural....nothing synthetic and no chemicals at all.
You'll also notice that the prices of the toppers is very high.
The toppers we sell on our latex toppers page is from a distributor of theirs. They buy their toppers in huge quantity and they have no restrictions on discounting.
As you can see by our link,
the prices are much lower...and for 2 reasons. From the distributor the cost of the toppers is less than from the pure Latex Bliss brand and we provide a healthy discount on them. These toppers are "all-natural"...100% natural latex.
With all natural products, the ILD rating can be slightly different with each batch....
Soft runs in the mid-teens, medium in the mid-twenties and firm in the mid-thirties.
