I need to find a place that would make my mattress a little more on the firm side. I purchased a Sterns & Foster and the bed I choose was I believe was plush firm, but this does not feel like it's firm. The place that I purchased it it is out of business, so I need to find a place where I could help me with my situation. Is there such a thing.

Hi Penelope,
When faced with needing to initiate a warranty claim and your retailer is no longer available, you can take your complaint directly to the manufacturer.
Start by going to www.sealy.com
