Don’t know if this means anything to you or not. My sister is about 5’8” and weighs about 200 pounds. The mattress tag also said rubberized felt and wire spring unit on it. Do you know what the replacement Sealy Mattress would be for the Inverness?

Hi Joyce,

Your sister's mattress is a two-sided, flippable mattress. Sealy's mattresses today are one-sided. Much has changed inside and the over-all quality is not what it was from that that time.

I'm sending you two links. The first is for a Sealy Posturepedic. The other is for a two sided mattress that uses the same coil system as the Posturepedic used back then.

There is no matching what she has.

The closest would be our Therapedic Cameo Firm...using the same coil system as the Posturepedic. Shown Here:

But given her weight at that height, she'd be better off using a topper to soften the surface.
