Stearns & Foster Heidi and Latex Mattress Topper

We have decided to take your advice and try a hard mattress with a latex topper. Are we better with a Sealy or lower end Sterns and Foster? I know Sealy owns S&F and am reluctant to spend a fortune as we have to change mattresses every 5 years or so as a result of my size. Any suggestions? And what latex topper should we purchase from you? I had a Sterns and Foster years ago and loved it.

Hi Karen,
The S&F mattresses are better made than the Posturepedics.
The starting model, our Heidi in a Luxury Firm Tight Top, is the mattress to start with...adding the 2" Soft Talalay latex topper to that. When you buy a topper, the cover comes with it.
