Peter,
We have a S&F Plaza Baroque that has failed after 2 yrs and it is being replaced. The plush euro top turned out to be too soft for us anyway.
What do you think about Kingsdown?
Many thanks. George
Hi George,
The Baroque was a level 3 ultra plush pillowtop. The replacement for that is the Terrace Room plush pillowtop, which isn't as soft as the ultra plush. The padding is better in the new line with latex near the top, so it'll keep its shape better. Rotating the mattress will also help it to wear evenly.
Kingsdown is that store's "push" line. they push it because it's more profitable.

Hi, i am in need of a new mattress and the salesman wants to sell me a CA King Kingsdown for $2,400 - a designer canceled his order and they have this one available :-) what i would like to know is the Kingsdown a good brand (i know it's their in-house brand) but is it top of the line in quality. Also, is the price good?
Thanks, db
Hi Dave. I think I hear more bad reviews about that brand than any other. I do know that it's that store's profit line.
Pete
