Tempurpedic type memory foam mattress for less

We are looking for a new mattress.  My husband has the shaking leg thing and we are hoping it will help us both sleep better.  Is there much of a difference between a Temper-pedic (don't know the model name) and the Serta International Calm Elite?  The Temperpedic beds are about $1300.00 more...we feel great on both, but don't want to make a mistake.  The Temperpedic bed can be exchanged, the Serta can not.  Is that worth $1300?  Is there anything we should know that may prevent us from buying a Serta?  Thanks, Diane
