Recommended mattresses displayed in my showroom

Hi, Peter:
We are in the market for a new mattress.  We are sleeping on a Beautyrest World Class Victoria - pillow top on each side, which I think is about 20 years old.
My wife is what might be termed as a "restless sleeper" in that she turns from prone to supine and even sleeps on her side.  However, she does wake feeling well rested and I am not aware of her turning.  I, on the other hand, sleep on my side due to a fused neck that has limited motion.  I wake with occasional lower back pain and, usually feel tired as though I had little sleep.
We believe that we can get good advice on the right mattress and, hopefully, a good deal. 
We would like to drive down to your store but are wondering if you display all of the mattresses that you recommend.  We would certainly like to "test" the different possibilities.
