Stephanie -Stearns & Foster mattress level system

What is the delivery charge to Jonesboro, Arkansas?

What do the different level numbers mean in S&F?

Delivery is free on all S&F products to Arkansas. (Beautiful state, btw....in stark contrast to Memphis and Oklahoma along I-40)
The level system is how those beds are identified by S&F to all their retailers. They are levels of expense, and knowing them should make it easier for you to shop apples to apples.

Meaning of Mattress levels

what does level n, level p etc. mean with stearns and foster?

Those are how those levels are identified by the manufacturers. Knowing the levels are a means to compare apples to apples in an industry where the model names are different at almost every store.
Each letter grade represents a different level of expense. In and of themselves, they have no meaning.

Tammy - fibromyalgia and latex mattresses

I just bought a restonic healthrest latex bed "ecstasy". Heard latex had great longevity and great for backpain etc. ( I also have fibromyalgia). I have had this for 3 weeks, my back has never been so sore and painful as with this new bed. Whats going on?

Any number of thing can be going on.
Latex comes in a wide variety of comfort levels...anywhere from soft to hard.
Many beds that are sold as latex have very little latex in them. Check the white label in the back to see what percentage of latex you have.
Many people experience difficulty when going from an old bed to a new one...a body having been used to being mis-aligned to being forced back into alignment.
Fibro sufferes are more sensitive than most other people.
Latex...or foam mattresses, in general, aren't for everyone.
Often, salesmen are guilty of over selling a mattress as a cure-all.
Everyone is different and there is no one mattress that is right for everyone.
The problem is probably less about the mattress and more about you making the wrong choice for your needs.

Aprile - Stearns & Foster Lucas Park Mattress

Hellol I am debating between the Blisswood Plush or Lucas Park Plush. I'm 5'4 and 128; my boyfriend is 6'4 and 210. I'm a side sleeper; he has no preference. What are the main diifferences between the two and would you suggest one over the other?

Hi Aprile,
The Lucas Park has S&F's best spec. It uses a dual coil system and has latex....both are features that the Blisswood doesn't have.
However, the Blisswood is a well made mattress. There are more single coils in the Blisswood and they are of heavier gauge steel than those used in the Lucas Park.
The primary reason for upgrading to the Lucas Park is more for the difference in comfort. If you can't feel that difference, there would be little point to spending the extra.

John - Latex topper for a firm mattress

How do I choose a mattress topper? Should the thickness be determined by our weight? We went from a Simmons plush super pillowtop (which was too soft) to a Simmons plush firm. We wake up each morning with the back of our bottom ribs hurting. Is this a sign that it's too firm? If so, would a Topper help?

A topper, especially a latex topper, will help quite a bit. Latex is both, soft and resilient...doesn't flatten out the way memory foam and poly foam does.

Stearns & Foster level P mattress

Want firm mattress narrowed to estate collection stern and foster p class at Macy's carried away ultra firm or luxury firm. What is difference saw same at mattress firm at your site is Lucas. Can't decide between two the ultra firm is really firm but wife and I like it but fearful could be too hard as sales rep say many people return due to being to hard.

The Lucas Park is the same as the Carried Away. It's available in Ultra Firm, Luxury firm and Luxury Plush. Inside, the beds are identical in construction. The density of the padding changes the feel from one to the other.
