We recently purchased a Stearns & Foster Estate Lucas Park Luxury Plush Euro Pillowtop and are "NOT AT ALL SATISFIED"!!! We have to constantly keep rotating it every two weeks because it get's so uncomfortable. We both wake up with more back pain now than with our old mattress that we replaced!!!

You should not have purchased a pillowtop. No matter how well a bed may be made, a pillowtop is almost always a problem. With a little research before buying, and you may have been able to avoid the problem you're having now.
