We purchased a queen sized Sealy Posturepedic Winfield set many years ago and it was the most comfortable mattress we ever slept on. About 4 years ago we purchased a new bedroom set with a king-sized bad but cannot find a comfortable mattress. Can you recommend a mattress set comparable to the Sealy Posturepedic Winfield?

Hi Todd,
The high end of the Posturepedic line,(the Signature Series), is much thicker than the older models. The Reserve Series models are more in line with what you had and have the same higher coil count and upgraded edge support as the Signature models. A Reserve, in a cushion firm or plush, is what to look at.
If you do want to upgrade, the S&F models are a better vallue than the Signature models.

Can you tell me anything about the Hearst model of your mattresses, which I got 4 yrs ago at Jordan's Furniture in Massachusetts?
I'd like to know how it compares to others in quality and comfort. After only 1 year of single (thin) person use, it became lumpy and depressed in the middle. I can hardly sleep. I deserve better for $1800!!
