My husband and I have been shopping for a new mattress for quite a while now. Every store has a different name for the same mattress, which makes it hard to compare. My husband and I both wake up several times a night and Have morning back pain. We really liked the S & F Camdenhurst Plush, but are scared it may be too soft. Can you please give us any feedback on this mattress both support wise and durability for the money. Thanks so much, Janet
Hi Janet. That depends on how much they're charging for it. This new S&F line has not surfaced everywhere, as yet. The stores that got it first are taking advantage of that and some are charging more than MSRP. The Camdenhurst is the starting model in the S&F line...an "H" grade is how the factory identifies it. We have it as the Blisswood. I suggest you check out the price on my website...which happens to be the lowest available price for that...the price you should be paying for it. www.ccmattress.com
Besides the luxury plush, there is a luxury firm. Both are available with and without pillowtops. I suggest you stay away from the pillowtop models. The plush tight top should wear well, but if you're concerned about the feel, there is that firmer model. Neither is "too" plush or firm. The "N" grade of the Estate Collection...my Kimberley, their Fiona...is the best buy, as it has the coil in coil system from greater durability. The same choices of comfort are available at that level, as well. And I'd venture to say, that what they're charging for the "H", you can get the "N" from me.

We purchased a queen sized Sealy Posturepedic Winfield set many years ago and it was the most comfortable mattress we ever slept on. About 4 years ago we purchased a new bedroom set with a king-sized bad but cannot find a comfortable mattress. Can you recommend a mattress set comparable to the Sealy Posturepedic Winfield?
Hi Todd,
The high end of the Posturepedic line,(the Signature Series), is much thicker than the older models. The Reserve Series models are more in line with what you had and have the same higher coil count and upgraded edge support as the Signature models. A Reserve, in a cushion firm or plush, is what to look at.
If you do want to upgrade, the S&F models are a better vallue than the Signature models.

Can you tell me anything about the Hearst model of your mattresses, which I got 4 yrs ago at Jordan's Furniture in Massachusetts?
I'd like to know how it compares to others in quality and comfort. After only 1 year of single (thin) person use, it became lumpy and depressed in the middle. I can hardly sleep. I deserve better for $1800!!
