hello i bought a matress from jcpennys and it is a springair they changed it severally and the one they brought last was the worst. a technician came and took in a report that the matress was faulty they brought me one that was about 4 inches thinner from the original am still with the faulty matress ,jcpennys have refused me a refund and they insist i accept the mattress thats 4 inches thinner or i do a reselection at my own cost do i have any recourse?
Hi Esther. You could appeal directly to the consumer service department of the manufacturer, directly. The white tag on the back of the mattress will tell you where they are.
